Try IVF treatment. In vitro fertilisation[1] (IVF) is a technique in which egg cells are fertilised by sperm outside the woman's womb. IVF is a major treatment in infertility when other methods of achieving conception have failed. The process involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilise them in a fluid medium. The fertilised egg (zygote) is then transferred to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful pregnancy.

Other than penetrative sex? Well where there is any opportunity for seminal fluids to have access to the woman's vagina. Obviously time span comes into it, semen has not an indefinite life span. It has not been unheard of for women to successfully self impregnate using donated semen or even semen they've managed to contain without the partners knowledge.

However to achieve conception (a pregnancy) the woman's egg must always be fertilised by the mans sperm, it can be done in a medical lab, (IVF) by self insemination (apparently the turkey baster method has had successes) or even during withdrawal (when the man thinks he has withdrawn before ejaculation)

It is stipulated for one to get married and have intimate sex with the spouse for pregnancy to take place.
