Not going to happen.
Do you think the US will admit to the world that they elected a war criminal- twice to be their president?
Have you ever thought that the directions to invade Iraq may not have come from him. Note that Presidents are replaceable heads. The country cannot change its directions each time a different party gains control. There must be a commitee that's steering the country towards the brightest future all along. Clinton had been bombing Iraq too. Don't you think the invasion of Iraq seemed like part of a larger plan?
I will not point out the incentive of invading Iraq but let's just say "You don't own anything you cannot defend". Iraq lost and hence have to give up the booty.

Lets see, how about never, or when the last American dies.
The invasion of Iraq was as justified as can be. Iraq sign a ceasefire agreement in 1992. Under the terms of this agreement which ended the 1st Gulf war Iraq agreed to a number of conditions, on was to discontinue research and production of nuclear and chemical weapons systems, another was a limit placed on military equipment. Iraq also agreed to allow UN unhindered access and inspections to verify that Iraq was in compliance with this agreement.
For 12 years Iraq violated this agreement on all points. Iraq may not have been found with a WMD program but they were definitely working on one.
What would have happened had the USA invaded Germany in 1933 when Hitler started to violate the treaty of Versailles. Would that have been a unjust war also, a war which might have prevented WW2 and the deaths of a 3rd of the worlds population?
What America should have learn for the Iraq war is that during the 1st Gulf war we should not have stopped and wasted ink to come to terms with Iraq in 1992. That would have been the best time to try and instill a democracy in Iraq.

Here is what you can do. get a Passport, pack your bags, go there to live. If Iraq is as FREE as you say, you will be welcomed with open arms. Let me assume, (know), and probably (am) right when I say that you have NOT enlisted in the Armed Services and served your Country, Vote, or have any dealings with a Public Office. Do you attend City Meetings to have your voice heard to try and make the place where you live better off by addressing the problems? Do you Volunteer anywhere to help out the Homeless and Unfortunate people who have fell on hard times? Yeah, you are a GREAT Example of a True American doing YOUR PART in Society to better it, right? I wish that we were ALL like YOU putting down the Country that gives you total freedom to TRASH it, Burn the Flag that was bought with the BLOOD of our Forefathers, and the TROOPS that have given their LIVES for it, allowed to trash talk the Leader of this FREE Country and get away with it. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU, and words escape me to let you know how I truely feel..

Never!
1-Iraq was not a free country. I was being run by a sadistic dictator who tortured and murdered thousands of innocent people just because he could.
2-Yes the allied forces went in under a curtain of lies about Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) which have not been found. What was found was the capability of producing those weapons.
3-Saddam Hussein helped to promote the ideas that he had WMDs and a stronger military then allowed to keep Iran scared and out of his country.
4-The United Nations, of which Iraq was and still is a member of, had imposed resolutions that Iraq was to abide by, since the cease fire from the 1st Gulf War. For 10 years he blatantly refused to meet those resolutions, going so far as to throw the UN inspectors out of his country. In those resolutions was written that if Iraq failed to abide, hostilities would resume.
5-The majority vote of the UN Security council was to resume hostilities against Iraq since they were in violation.
So the USA did not just walk in and attack a free, law abiding country all by themselves.
Your statement would be the same as saying "When are the police, who arrested a murdering drug dealer, going to be arrested and sentenced to jail."
Or maybe you would have preferred that nothing happened to Saddam. That he continued his illegal activities and rebuilding his military until he felt safe to do whatever he wanted to do. Let say like invading a neighboring country for no other reason then greed. Ask a citizen of Kuwait, or a Kurd if Bush is a war criminal.

I don't understand how you can say Iraq was a free country when you had a dictator in Saddam that killed thousands of people. It's ok to criticize about the whole Weapons of Mass Destruction plot, however Iraq was not a free country at the time.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- From the Oval Office, President Clinton told the nation Wednesday evening why he ordered new military strikes against Iraq.
The president said Iraq's refusal to cooperate with U.N. weapons inspectors presented a threat to the entire world.
"Saddam (Hussein) must not be allowed to threaten his neighbors or the world with nuclear arms, poison gas or biological weapons," Clinton said.
Operation Desert Fox, a strong, sustained series of attacks, will be carried out over several days by U.S. and British forces, Clinton said.
"Earlier today I ordered America's armed forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq. They are joined by British forces," Clinton said.
"Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors," said Clinton.
Clinton also stated that, while other countries also had weapons of mass destruction, Hussein is in a different category because he has used such weapons against his own people and against his neighbors.
'Without delay, diplomacy or warning'
The Iraqi leader was given a final warning six weeks ago, Clinton said, when Baghdad promised to cooperate with U.N. inspectors at the last minute just as U.S. warplanes were headed its way.
"Along with Prime Minister (Tony) Blair of Great Britain, I made it equally clear that if Saddam failed to cooperate fully we would be prepared to act without delay, diplomacy or warning," Clinton said.
The president said the report handed in Tuesday by Richard Butler, head of the United Nations Special Commission in charge of finding and destroying Iraqi weapons, was stark and sobering.
Iraq failed to cooperate with the inspectors and placed new restrictions on them, Clinton said. He said Iraqi officials also destroyed records and moved everything, even the furniture, out of suspected sites before inspectors were allowed in.
"Instead of inspectors disarming Saddam, Saddam has disarmed the inspectors," Clinton said.
"In halting our airstrikes in November, I gave Saddam a chance -- not a license. If we turn our backs on his defiance, the credibility of U.S. power as a check against Saddam will be destroyed," the president explained.
