Money is what makes the world go round as they say. I hate to let you in on this, but MDs don't know everything. For example, to begin with they only have a couple of hours of training in nutrition in order to become a dr. We need MSM all the time. Some much more than others if they are already sick.

Read "Natural Cures that They Don't Want You To Know About".

MSM is naturally occurring in our natural foods & in our food to some extent, & in our bodies.

Our God-given natural food has really been chemicalized. The food that God has made compatible with our body has really been technologically altered by man, which among many, many other problems (diseases it's created) it has also, removed the high level of MSM that should be in our foods & thus, in our bodies.

Study about it on a "health alternative website". (Do a search with the above phraseology to find info on it & then do another search specifically within that particular website for more info.)

You might also want to do a search on the long-term side-effects of MSM.

My brother has a lot of damage to his shoulder and knee joints and his doctor suggested MSM and chondroityn(sp?) after a couple weeks alot of his pain and stiffness was greatly relieved. My grandparents also used it for arthritis and swore by it. A word of caution tho...after using high doses for a year my brother stopped seeing any improvement and returned to his doctor who said it shouldn't be taken continually for long periods.
