First of all I want to start off by saying I am 29, I have a very healthy lifestyle in what I eat and exercise but at the same time my wife left me because of this problem and I have lost my most of my friends so now I will explain my situation to you.

I urinate a lot (twice or more on average an hour) and this happens whether I drink liquids or no liquids all day long. My body reacts even worse when I try to leave the house I will urinate even more and to top it off I have major stomach aches in which makes me go, well you know #2. In order so I can go out I don't eat anything or drink anything all day. For example if I want to go out Friday I will not eat or drink anything starting Wednesday after dinner.

I have been to two different urologists and they did tests on me and found that I am very healthy. I have also seen two gastroenterologists and they confirmed that I was a healthy man.

If all medical conditions have been ruled out, it might be psychological. When I am stressed, I go to the toilet often too. I drink a lot of water, but, it happens even when I don't drink as much. I deal with the stress in my head. It helps.

You may need to find out what underlying subconscious issues you are suppressing. Not easy to do. But only you know and you don't have to see a 'shrink' to find out, if you are generally an average person going thru normal life processes and issues.

I wish you well, ....

Find a urologist that knows about a disease called Interstitial Cystitis. Doctors tend to think it happens more in women than men. but not necessarily,

You also might have IBS Irritable Bowel Syndrom.

You also might have some depression or anxiety that is presenting itself in physical symptoms.

But, definatly check into the institial cystitis disease.

Try some ginseng products especially those processed ones and is in powder form. Ginseng powder will solve your stomach problem like it solve my mum's stomach problem. My mum was vomiting and was in and out of hospital for a while. The ginseng powder will also eventually solve your frequent urine problem as my friend has experienced.

However you need to try at least a month to see the effect. My mum drink the ginseng powder daily. I only drink it when I had a cough and the doctor's medication can't solved it.
