hi dear.....i think you should tell your parents.....but you need to find the right way to tell them not to make them worry about you or your study......try to explain to them that you care about your study but also you are a young girl and that's how life goes in your age....also promise them that you will do your best to succeed to make them happy as they make you happy to allow you to be with your boy friend
Good luck and have a nice day

At 14 how do you know the boyfriend is worth? Also, your parents have rules which you should try to follow. You do need to concentrate on your studies, your parents want that so you succeed in life and dont have to struggle. To me you are to young to be exclusive and steady with a boy. You are going to meet so many people in your life and have plenty of time to find the right one. But 14 is to young to know that, some day if you go to college you will meet so many other people. You say all of your friends have boyfriends, that doesnt mean you have to have one to. If your friends did drugs, drank and had sex does that mean you have to also? You say studies is boring, get involved with something at school. Get involved with your community. But you need to realize you are a teen and your parents love and care enough about you to make rules that are in your best interest even if you dont see it. They also provide a roof over your head, feed you, buy you clothes and are responsible for you. They want only what is best for you. You have plenty of time to date, two more years then you can. But you need to show them now you can be trusted, for when you get older they wont trust you. And some day when you are older and out on your own and seeing how hard it is to pay bills, keep food on the table and a roof over your head you will wish you were back in school enjoying your teen years. Be thankful you have parents that care that much about you.

I think you should tell your parents. You are a teenager now, which means you should be able to make your own descions. If you and your parents believe that you are capable of balancing school, sport and a boyfriend then that is great. If you believe he is worthy then hopefully your parents will too.

Good luck!
