Alternatively there is a small second hand bookstore at Siglap Centre, one at Plaza Singapura or you could try the lj community sgselltrade.

there are a couple of 2nd-hand bookstores you can look out for. One is San's bookshop, I know of one at Tampines Mall (they have several stores islandwide). Another is Sunny bookshop at Far East Plaza. Last place I can think of is Bras Basah complex where they have a couple of old bookstores over there.
