Are you doing it right? Try some KY jelly if you have been doing it dry. It may feel better with some lubrication and you may reach orgasm faster. If that doesn't help, by all means, see a doctor. They go to school for stuff like this for a long time, to make sure that we stay healthy from hair to toenails.
