Who has(or had) the highest bench max in the N.F.L.? currrent or past..

-and I don't mean reps at 225 I mean 1 rep max

larry allen of the 49ers has a max bench of 700lbs

Leland McElroy (had a short NFL career but was a standout at Texas A&M a few years ago) benched press nearly 600. Not bad for a 5'10'' running back.

Yeah i'm quite beneficial that hasnt befell. Im a Junior in extreme college, i'm 6'2 165lb and that i will bench 225lb thrice, so theres no way a participant popping out of school cant do it.

larry allen when he was with the cowboys maxed at around 700 lbs!!!...he could probly bench my car...ima have to def call him up when i have a flat...lol
