The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.

My diet was the NutriGrain Bar diet. What I did was eat a bar for breakfast and one for lunch, then eat a nice meal for diner. The bar should be sufficient in terms of the required nutrients. Then have an active lifestyle. Do more activities and walk more often instead of driving. Eventually the pounds will begin the shed off.

It's hard at first but it work.

When eating a the bar, remember to masticate.

I have lost 35 pounds in less than 2 mouths time. Plus I saved on gas for the car as well as expensive eating habits.

Exercise? Stop eating junk food.

I've never gone over 52 kgs (brag, sorry =P heheh ) but actually, my sister is a model and just lost 10kg in 4 weeks (I don't know what that is in pounds, but it's a lot!) by exercising 3 hrs a day, and eating NO junk food (including no carbs, no sugar). She stopped running as it doesn't help apparently, and started doing the cross trainer at the gym, and also using that rowing thingo.

Good luck! Just keep trying and it will soon come off! And don't weigh yourself all the time! There's more to life than how much you weigh... Marilyn was a size 14!

Well i would have to agree with almost everyone on here exercise and and eating right, but that doesn't mean you have to eat lettuce for ever just balance what you eat with how much exercise or energy you burn each day also eating small meals throughout the day will help keep your metabolism working! ( suggestion would be fruit, vegetable sticks, yogurt, non fat milk and bananas for flavour, raisins, low fat cheese and rice crackers etc.....

Hi there, All people are giving you answers that you already know :).I m giving you advice , If u wanna loose your weight , try to Full in love with some one.Today life is very fast,just in one week this story will finish.So if u realy full in love , next week your weight will decrease till you wish.Understand :)

1st - eat wht u would eat on a normal day when ur not on a diet then record the time and the food u eat then the calories of the food .
2nd - next day go shopping with ur record of food then buy all the things you like but half the calories (i reccommend weight watchers) and cut down on your snacks lyk crisps chocolate etc. u get the point
but you can have 5 little squares of DARK chocolate.
eachg day and eat lots of fruit

carry five grocery bags from the car to the kitchen and put the food away take out the trash wash the dishes and wipe down the kitchen counter
