He is a coworker, and he NAGSSSS, God does he Nag, he gives me something to do, and like for 1 minute he asks about it like 50 times, and it is not urgent!!!
We have a procedure in the office that i have to do everything by priority and he just doesnt understand that!!! GOD
And i told him that a couple of times, but he is just an old nagging Bas***..
What shall i do, i cant stuff a donut to his mouth, so whats the deal here?? help

Back to your question well I face some problem like this in the office between the employee (I am the boss - lol I am a cool one too) and I try to keep limits for them. So what you should do is stand up (it is important to stand up to show anger not directly) and tell him to stop nagging or else (tell him something like a small threat or so) and then he will stop that for sure.

You have to talk hard at some point somehow. Make him think twice before he go and start nagging about anything.
Bark in his face once, and it will stop.
There is some difficulty in doing that if you are a person who is sensitive towards people's feelings, or doesn't like to say "NO" easily, and you're probably are, so, you have to rehearse it in your mind, practice it, and you ll do it, eventually.

ok, here's the trick, people hate being told that they nag. So all you have to do is just say: shou betne2 !! and I promise you peace for a while ( a short while, because people who nag can't help it and go back to nagging eventually)

Tell him that you can't do your work productively if he is constantly interrupting you like that, and that similarly, neither can he do his work productively by nagging about your work constantly. Bring up to your manager how his nagging hurts productivity, and ultimately, the bottom line.

you said he was old so compliment him and be a friend. because when you are with a friend at you you tend to close your eyes on things that are happening for a little while.

Lol..........it's annoying.....But .cant you bark at him??? As he is not used to see you like that, he will think that you have "some women" monthly syndrome and will let you alone..
On the contrary.......simply tell him that he has to wait....as everyone......be direct, and put an ugly and angry face...lol
