BCCI has to totally revamp the Indian cricket team, if at all the lost pride is to be redeemed. Seniors like Ganguly, Dravid, Sehwag and Sachin should be shown the door straightaway. Youg talents like Dinesh Karthik should be given their due place in the team. Regional bias should be totally done away with. Robin Uthappa, for instance, was retained in the team simply for the reason that he hails from Karnataka, which is the home state of Dravid. Sehwag was retained only at the insistence of Dravid. Such nonsenses should be totally avoided in the future and only criterion should talent with consistency ! Even in the selection of the coach, more emphasis should be laid on the fact that "known devils are better than unknown angels" !

There is nothing to be done 'against' a team that has lost a match: remember, it's not that the team lost, it's that the other team won! If the team stops playing, leaves the field, refuses to play, etc., then, there are penal actions, but not for playing and losing!

They should always support the team morally. Regarding coach there are lot of experts in the board to take right decision.
