the real question is are we dealing with digits or integers? Without a reference point then the integer are going to be in absolute values //. Digits will be 1,000,000,000, which is one billion or one nano if it's less than zero.

well if you use a calculator that value doesn't exist because you just can use the first 2 digits after the dot.
