basically i am hardworker,but i cannot get correct way to success why?

Some people have a great work ethic but lack the ability to communicate and show that they have the ability to be a self starter or a good leader. There is more to working your way to the top than just being a good worker,. They look at how well you get along with people. Are you good at leading people and can you keep people in line and have a positive attitude? Some people struggle with communication and they would not make a good leader. Some people have a tough enough time to get themselves going much less try to lead a group of people. Maybe you need to further your education. If you are really intrested in advancing you need to ask your boss what you need to do to advance in the company that you work in and what he would recomend that you do.

The reason why Man is more successful than animals is because we have brains and knowledge. We pass our knowledge on and don't have to reinvent everything we used. We use our brain to understand and conquer nature.
