for agricultural countries, global warming definitely will have a negative effect. no crops will be growing when the world eventually freezes over or when the countries suffer debilitating storms more than ever. not only that, famine will might follow as well.
if we also plan to stop global warming from happening and switch to other sources for energy, we render fossil fuel economy useless.
but then, which would we rather save, the world we live in, or the economy? there really is no choice.

It will have a negative effect. Lets look at it on a small scale. In Greenland there is a place called Narsarsuaq. It is mostly covered by snow. Due to the heating of the earth That village is getting less snow. With few snow falls the village gets fewer tourists. With little to no income these people are drove to drink. In a grand scale lets look at Louisiana. As green house gases are created hurricanes become more volient and frequent. Once a hurricane reaches the coast cities become nothing but a memory as the case of New Orleans. Looking at this two exmaples Global warming is not good. An economy needs a stable environment to prosper.

Scientists do not yet agree on the impacts. There is no agreement on how high sea levels will rise, or how warmer temperatures will affect various organisms.
However, there will be lots of positive and negative effects, depending on where you live. For example, northern climates will be more temperate. A recent study predicted that net effect on Canada will be positive, since heating costs will be lower and agriculture will be easier.

"Global warming" has already been found out to be a politically motivated LIE. Carbon emmisions by humans do not contribute to the weather changes. It is the sun and the warming of the oceans that contribute to warmer weather that comes and goes in natural cycles. The politicians are lying to us so that they have an excuse to tax us more for having a holiday or driving our cars. (In the UK anyway). The economy is based on greed and cannot be predicted as we have a boom/bust cycle going on anyway. So my advice is stop worrying and start fighting the power!!

I have heard all events of the 90s related to global warming.
If you read farmers documentaries from before our own polution, they had worse extremeties than many of us have faced.
Volcanoes contribute more than the usa to global warming.
We are suppose to be adaptable, but I believe with word of media we are less eager to adapt.

At best, it will push a wave in inventive progress for energy and fuel. At it's worst, we will all live under water and breathe fowl air...probably die out.
