Any medication that you take can have an adverse effect on either your or the baby. Tylenol generally does not help with Braxton Hicks, so why take the chance of a reaction?

Yes it is perfectly safe to take Tylenol for pain relief while pregnant but how it effects your pain is an individual thing. I would say that it is definately worth trying & it should at least take the edge off of things.

No. You shouldn't be taking any medication that isn't absolutely necessary, not that it would affect contractions anyway. Try lying down and put a pillow under your knees and feet, elevating your legs. If it continues, call your doctor.
