I definitely feel like someone has tossed a wrench in my gears. But I'm feeling better this week than I have in past weeks, maybe I'm getting used to it.

Time change surely has it's effects, that's for sure. Hope you feel better soon !

Best wishes.

Certainly do. I woke up at the same real time as on Saturday morning so by the time the new bedtime arrives I shall be asleep in a chair.
Not hungry yet either as I tried to have breakfast at the new proper time. It will take me a week to get close to normal and 2 weeks to get to normal. Wish they would leave the time as BST all the year.
Happy Easter

Time doesn't change, only the clocks - it is they that are out of sync, not me.

Your question brought back memories of my mum bathing me in the sink - thankfully that ended years ago.

We don't do daylight savings in Arizona. But I have noticed my spelling noticeably affected. So you could say I feel out of SYNC.
