how do I delet websites I have viewed or downloaded from the site completly from my computer

Well just simple,use the mouse point the internet explorer then right click and continue click properties.Meanwhile you will see the internet properties is appear.At this time,you click delete cookies,delete files and delete history then click ok.Finally all the problem is solve.

--delete history files
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2. Click the General tab.

3. Under History, change the number of days that the History list keeps track of your pages.

--note

1. To empty the History folder, click Clear History. This will temporarily free up disk space on your computer.

2. For Help on an item, click at the top of the dialog box, and then click the item.



--deleting cookies
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2. On the General tab, click Settings, and then click View files.

3. Select the cookie you want to delete, and then, on the File menu, click Delete.

--note

1. Some Web sites store your member name and password or other personally identifiable information about you in a cookie; therefore, if you delete a cookie, you may need to re-enter this information the next time you visit the site.

2. To delete all of the cookies on your computer, click Delete Cookies on the General tab.

you could also download this really small and simple program called atf cleaner. http://www.atribune.org/content/view/19/2/. you dont even need to install it on your computer
