Eat atleast 3-5 cloves of garlic daily. It can do wonders. Moreover try consuming more yogurt. And do some form of aerobic exercise atleast 30 minutes a day. After 40 days, you will be fine.

I know nothing about your health, but sometimes high blood pressure can cause it- other problems may be nervousness- there are several medical causes.
