as stated before, B is always bigger.
the problem states that (x+2)/5 yields a remainder of 3. So just find a number in which it works. x=1, 6, 11, 16, etc.

So try a few and you find that 1/5 = 0 R1
6/5 = 1R1
11/5 = 2R1
and so forth, so B 2 is always greater than x/5's remainder
