Talk to them. Address the real issue for the argument, and how it can be resolved. Be sure you're both open for the discussion and not confrontational. Don't discuss other topics.

And then have great make-up sex (both that night and in the morning).

Reflecting about all that was said by both of you. Pay attention to what she said and her needs. Admit to be wrong if that is the case and make things right. If you are sure, you have been fair and she is being unreasonable with you, talk to her about it. Tell her the conversation will only be over after you both reach a solution.
I don't believe in relationships without conversation. It is normal people gets upset and shouts, but after everyone calms down, the mind come clear and things can be easier evaluated. Take your time to think about the problems and ask her to do the same in order of you both resolve the problem.

I don't shout but when we had an arguments. I will let myself cool down for 10 or 15 minutes, and I look at my b.f face an see how hurt and sad he is, and I say to myself he is the person i want to spend the rest of my life with, i will go over and hug him, ever though he still mad or angry or pull me aways but after hugging him few minutes, he will get soft and i will hold his hands and---- important thing is you do not say one words otherwise it will start arguments again. good luck.

That's what makeup sex is for! Seriously though, an apology from you is in order, even if you feel like it wasn't your fault.
