Go to the area at the top and right click. Select the options you want to see.

Right click somewhere in the top bar and you should get a list of toolbars. (Standard Buttons, Address bar, etc.)
There is a option called "Lock the Toolbars"
Uncheck it
You should now see little vertical bars you can grab and drag. Your main menu may be covered up quite a bit.
If "Lock the Toolbars" is already unchecked you should already see the bars to grab and drag.

If this does not resolve your issue you may have to edit the registry. Microsoft Instructions for the problem is quite simple just follow them:

right click at the top then check menu bar

make right click on the toolbar and click menu bar

Maybe you are in Full Screen mode. If you are using Windows, try pressing the function (F11.)
