On the 1989 Upper Deck Pat Sheridan card (#652), what does NPO mean?

I just got a Pat Sheridan out of a pack and I'm trying to figure out if it is the error card or not. Thanks!

it means no position on front books for 6.00 -15.00 nm/mt
the corrected version has position on front books 10-25 cents

Error but not worth alot maybe 25-40 cents NPO Not for production. Seems it was a prototype that made it's way in some how though.
