Your questions are confusing. ALL of them have asked something about a cause for World War TWO but in the body of ALL of your questions, you ask about World War ONE... WHICH WAR DO YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT?

When the German Kaiser succeeded in overtaking France in WW1 a ceremony was held at the palace of Versailles where the Kaiser demanded that the French officially surrendered and hand him power over France.

This severely stung the French who used their defeat of Germany to impose an equally humiliating ritual on the German statesmen. This left Germany humiliated and vengeful. Not only that but the treaty itself outlined the total war guilt as German and that they would have to pay to rebuild Europe.

It humiliated Germany and resulted in high Gallo phobia.

The Treaty of Versailles was esentially the end of WWI. It blamed Germany for WWI, and thus required Germany to return the land that it had taken in WWI. It also required Germany to pay extreme reparations. This caused a major depression in Germany, which inspired German hypernationalism, leaving it vulnerable to a leader like Hitler. Hitler used the German hypernationalism to create anger at the rest of the world, and once it declared war on Poland, WWII began.

It was the Treaty that ended WWI.
The terms it had for Germany were very harsh (made them assume full blame of the war and forced them to give up land/pay for the war when they were war-torn and had nothing). Consequently, it made Germany very resentful and that is why the German people so eagerly followed Hitler.
