I drink both, in equal-ish quantities, depends on what I fancy, but always decaf.
For some reason, if I'm hungry I go for a coffee. I think the stronger flavour tricks me into thinking I'm eating something. If I just want a drink I go for tea as I findit more refreshing.

Prefer coffee of the two, but would much rather have a nice cold drink of Coca-cola or something else without milk in as it makes me gag. Don't understand how people can drink hot drinks with any regularity. Thay aren't refreshing.
