Most people here say they organise the licences so one is based around magic, another weapons, e.t.c. I have just randomly chosen licenes for all because sometimes you have to choose a licence to open up new ones. just curious how everyone here uses thier licence points.

I didn't really base it on anything. I just had everyone learn everything. Any characters who weren't in my active party were equipped with whatever item doubled lp and I just gained fast.

i filled up the board with everyone (save breaks and espers, of course). i decided that i wanted to do all of the available side bosses and quests anyway.
i think for the most part i filled up magic equally with equipment depending if i had any equipment i wanted to fill out. but then again i wasn't ever really lacking for license points.
