Because Nazi's (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei) were socialists, not conservative capitalists.
Yes they were anti-communist and used strong nationalistic rhetoric and propaganda, but they were ideologically more left and state oriented than could be attributed to a right-wing political ideology (in an intellectually honest discussion).
From the tone of your post I am not sure you know what the term "neo-con" refers to, nor do I figure you recognize the origin of the term "progressive" in U.S. politics.
