get rid of pigmented skin around the mouth?

I have some darker pigmented skin right around the mouth and I would like to even it out with the rest of my skin. I've tried using cover-up but it doesn't really look right. Any other ideas or permanent remedies to lighten that skin?

i suggest vita-k solution
its a mosturizer for blotchy or uneven skin.
but was ur skin always like that?
if it was i dunno if that would work
but u can try.
