Accordingly, there are new folders (in same name) created itself inside every folder I have created. Is there any option to tick to stop auto recreation of folders. Please guide me.

I believe this is a spyware. If you have and anti-virus program, good. Update it and run it in Safe Mode.
Press F8 during startup to start your computer in Safe Mode. Then run you anti-virus program.
If you do not have any anti-virus software, I suggest you download a free version of the highly rated Avast from here.

Red alert: your pc is infected by odontocobra. there is virus in your pc and it migth also be working slowly, in every folder there will be a folder of the same type.
