Luckily, for the vast majority of women, sex right up until their due date is perfectly safe -- though it may become uncomfortable as the months pass due to the Bigger tummy & tender breasts.
As for position - t's was make you comfortable and relaxed.
Just NO to wild play. Take it easy and nice & slow...
In some high-risk cases, however, sexual relations during pregnancy can be risky. Many doctors recommend that women at risk for preterm labor avoid intercourse because semen contains substances that can cause the uterus to contract. Your doctor will let you know if you need to be concerned. IF there is any signs of weird pain - Trust your Gut Instincts.
Mutual understanding and open communication will help you and your partner survive these nine months. In the meantime, you may need to get creative. Try different love-making positions or experiment with massaging (with oils)and touching in new ways. This brings out a closer Bond.
And it's okay to ask your doctor (they've heard it all before)
& once you break out of that shyness--- the questions will flow easily.

Sex is completely safe. I've had four kids and had sex right up until labor. In fact, with my fourth child sex triggered the labor!
All positions are safe, but as your tummy grows not all will be as comfortable anymore. Plus after you reach a certain time it's no longer safe to lay flat on your back. Sorry I don't remember exactly when that is.

oh my gosh how could someone say "if you want a stupid baby"
obviously that person has no idea about pregnancy
plenty of women have sex during pregnancy and they're babies are fine
I read that women expierence the best sex during their second trimester. And that sex is safe through all stages of pregnancy even the last month (unless you are dialted)
I'm pregnant too and I researched all of this because I was curious too.

Can't hurt the baby through sex... not even rough sex. Baby is inside this huge bag of fluid (amniotic fluid and sac ya know?)
Also cervix is completely closed right up until your body starts to get ready for labor... (months from now).
Now go play with your husband...

Been married twice and many children...
Never had any problems up until the birthday...
She was at fault in this as much as me..
We should have both been beat with a rubber hose..
Everything was fine, and yes every time..
Although one child blamed us for their poor math skills when they became an adult and learned of this from their mother..
