Boxing glove question?

Want to know if a 16oz. Glove is bigger than a 14oz. glove, or is there heavier material inside the glove but the same size? Keep in mind that both gloves are the same brand and model.

also want to know What the best weight of glove would be better for a heavy bag using hand wraps

The 16 oz is bigger, more padding doesn't matter if there the same brand and model.
