Usually gift cards do not get changed, mail them and u shall expect a reply or call them, but i really do not think that they'll change it, like the people who gave answers, you could sell it to a friend a lower price,

well its called a gift card so gots to be used in the store or you might want to sell it to someone who needs it for like 40 bucks try it out

only way you might get cash is to sell it to a friend they even give gift cards back on returns now so you cant even buy something and return it
