I'm a libra, and i would say libras are:
-easy going, give good advices
-love spending money
-love beautiful things
-dislike injustice
-show understanding of the other person's point of view
-trying to resolve any differences by compromise
The negative Libran character may show:

They're air signs so are usually great talkers, easy-going and sociable creatures. Very romantic and charming coz they're ruled by Venus, and usually make cuddly lovers. Can stray if things look better on the other side of the fence.
Dont like to make trouble and will always smooth over problems.
Have trouble making desicions coz they spend so much time weighing up the odds.
Belong to the Cardinal group so they're great at starting new projects, not so great at finishing them.
Have trouble with weight-gain as they love indulging themselves. Can also get lower-back pain and have bladder prob's.
