Can somebody help me with the introduction of the main characters in Phantom of The Opera?

Phantom- He's a talented social recluse that longs for love and compassion. He is horribly disfigured, but a musical genius. He gives voice lessons to Christine Daae, and falls in love with her. He lives in the underground of the Paris Opera house. He has a temper, but is mostly just lonely and misguided.

Christine Daae- Christine is a 16 year old chorus girl at the Paris Opera house. She was orphaned at 7, the daughter of a famous Swedish violinist. She receives music lessons from the Phantom, and receives recognition for it. She falls in love with her childhood sweetheart, who is Raoul, the Viscount Di Chagny. She is young, naive, and the idea of innocence in the play.

Raoul- Raoul is Christine's lover, whom he knew since he was a child. He is also the patron of the Paris Opera. He is not as smart or as cunning as the Phantom, but is also desperately in love with Christine.

Carlotta Gudicelli- is the Opera's leading soprano, and has been for 5 seasons. She is unmannerly and has a nasty temper. This primadonna becomes envious when Christine gets recognition for the lead in Hannibal. She is romantically involved with Piangi. She is Italian.

Madame Giry- Lived in the Opera as a ballerina since she was young, now training the girls there now. She is the mother of Meg Giry, who is Christine's best friend. Madame Giry took Christine in after her father died. she is also the one who knows who the Phantom is, as she rescued him when she was a child (this is apparent in the movie, but not the book.) She is wise, and seems torn between protecting the Phantom and stopping the discord he starts.

Piangi- is th leading man of the Opera. He is the lead male in Hannibal when we first meet him. He is similar to Carlotta in nature, but is not as forward.

Raoul- Christine's "boyfriend" the prince (or rich something), the one who she is supposed to marry

carlotta-lead singer of the opera, taken over by christine

phantom-lives hidden in the opera house, was a "circus freak" that got away, haunts everyone, is in love with christine.

I don't know Giry, i think the rest of these are accurate.
