Well there r many times she has acted bi towards me, one time me and her came from a party drunk and im like im tried and she told me to go to lay down, so i lay on her bed, and after 5 min she comes on the bed and puts her leg on top of me, and its weird cuz wen ever i stay over her house, she is always turned away from me. She sometimes says stuff like my lips hurt, u should kiss it. even one time i went o the movies with her and 2 boys and i was sitting next to her, and me n her were watching the movie for 10 minutes and out of no where she moves to the edge of her seat, turns around to me and says "Give me a kiss," i was speechless, i didnt kno whether to be happy or be like whoa. even one time she kinda warned me, wen i talked to her online, she was like "wen we go to the party on saturday, ima get drunk and if i end up hooking up with u, i probably will think ur a hot guy or something," im like whoa, idk wat to do, because she can be moody so she might go off on me if i ask her.

I mean like, im afraid to ask her if she is bi or likes me or something because she can get moody and she can turn on me and be like "wtf no?," and later get mad at me. cuz she is VERY moody.
also i have caught her many times staring at me and staring at other girls too, but i never saw her staring at guys. but she is always like, "omg cant wait till we go to club, there will be so many hot guys there." my friend came up to me once and told me she saw her staring at her. idk if its just me or is it all girls that she probably likes cuz my friend never had her do that to her.
and one last thing, wen i told her that i have made out with a girl, her response was " aww thats cute." ??????? lol

Well, either she is bi-curious or is like a whole lot of teens I see today who think they should act that way becuase there might be a guy around to see it.
You can either wait for her to make a move, or next time she gets all lovey take it to the next step.
If she is just bi-curious I couldn't think of a better way to experiment than with a friend who cared.

You say you could be interested as well. Well, If you are, next time that happens, give her a kiss and then you will know for sure (although I really think she is a lesbian and probably likes you) but if you like her as well, what the heck! Go for it :P Obviously she says ''there will be hot guys there'' because she doesn't want to be told to be a freak or harsh words. Another thing might be that she's attracted to you, maybe she's got feeling for you (meaning that meyabe she's not lesbian but is attracted to you if that makes sense).

I'm not the best at advice, but I'd say, try to talk to her but don't scare her away. Don't talk to her around other people, try to get some alone time between the both of you only.

Well it's normal for ALL girls to "look" at other girls, it's mostly for comparing reasons. However, your friend does appear to have interest in girls so hmmm...I would suggest just blankly asking her and if she gets moody, then get moody back because you're entitled to ask a question damnit! :-)

depends i have a friend that just likes to get trashed and fool around with other girls but she does guys mostly so i guess you could call that bi. if your interested i suggest doing stuff with her and go from there, just get wasted and fool around

anything done while drunk means nothing, try to see what she wants when sober, and when she says give me a little kiss, do it, if thats what you want. I would say neither of you know what you want.
