Try a temporary agency. They test you and find you positions and you get experience.

Apply any and everywhere you believe you can do the job required. You'd be surprised, but many employers place as much or more emphasis on hiring someone that is trainable versus someone with experience that may have developed bad work habits.

You could always apply at Wal-Mart or some other department store, as long as you have some common sense you have a good shot at checker, but there's no shame in shelf stocker. My first job at 16 was grocery bagger.

How about a video store or gas station attendant if that doesn't sound good?

Wow if I was 19 I would be so excited at starting my own business right away....can you imagine the success you will have in 10 years from now? Dont let bosses and office politics define your future...you have internet access so take advantage of it and sell on ebay, become an affiliate, write an ebook..interview successful people and make a product out of that interview. The world is yours...if you go for it.
