I would spend it on food and shelter for Africa.
Once these people had these basic needs met, I would spend it on
their education.

Firstly I would spend a lot more money to develop and promote my website because I have so many great ideas and I think it has enormous growth potential. Then once that is a success and I can live comfortably I want to hire people to write books etc for people who want to learn English and make these available for free. If I still have even more money then it's time to help the needy get an education.
Wow, I will try to achieve my goals even though I don't have much money to spend right now.
