Sounds like you have some issues yourself. Didn't your mom or dad kiss you on the cheek? Of course - it does sound pretty weird your husband and his mom kissing each other on the check "every" night when your husband is 30 years old and/or it sounds like your husband may be a "mama's" boy. That's my guess.

I think there are other issues here. There is nothing wrong with a mother and son kissing each other on the cheek each night. She won't be around forever go give both of them a break. My mother-in-law is good to me but, she may not be the best person in the world but she is still family and we will both show her love until she is gone. Good luck to you.

Sweetie there's nothing wrong when a son gives his mom a kiss. It's a love or the bond that they have to each others. I'm a mother of 3 and my baby is a boy, well not a boy anymore but I do taught my kids not to hide their emotion and that means love for their mom, dad, and yes the 2 big sisters. Try not to be stress on the action or let me call it the love that they have for each others.
One day when you become a mother, you will have that bond and sense to your children, and showing your love to them is not a sin, nor a fun way just to be...........
It doesn't matter how old we get, as long as we have the love that we feel towards our parents and to our kids, that is the greatest gift that god gave to us as a human being,............just be glad that your husband love and respect him mother, nothing more and nothing less...............

There is nothing wrong with a man kissing his mom on the cheek, if that is your worst problem, you have a very good marriage and you should be thankful. Some day she will be dead and he won't be able to kiss her.

Hey Lady. Be proud of your man. He has values. How many people in today's world respect and look after their parents. As far as kissing your Mom on the cheek goes, it depends on how and in what environment your man was brought up in.

Don't worry lady...... it is perfectly fine. Good luck and take care.

Be happy that he treats his mother so well and will be a good example to your children on how to treat their mother. There is nothing wrong with giving a kiss on the cheek.

Yeah that is pretty weird of you to think that. Why does it make you mad? Are you jealous or do you feel your husband has some Oedipus like tendencies towards his mother?
My advice: be happy you have a man who is nice to women and loves his mother.

My grown son still kisses me on the cheek, but then so does his fiancee. I love them both.

Find something else to get upset about. You should be pleased that he loves his mother and treats her with respect. The way you are treated stems from the way he was brought up.

Of course it's normal, sheesh! Everybody should always kiss and hug family members, no matter what age!
