yes they do, my mother is a medical college professor, you see ,you have air in between joints, and when you "pop"
your fingers get bigger due to the cracking of the knuckles

I don't know, but i pop my fingers, my back, my neck, my shoulders, my elbows, my knees, my ankles, and $h!t even my toes, i dont think they'll get bigger, but maybe swollen once u r developing arthritis or something.

No. cracking your knuckles is not in any way harmful. it is simply bubbles of gas around joints popping

that's not, human beings all have their comments on them, with my acquaintances particularly circumstances it turns right into a contest, one guy pops his knuckles, and then yet another guy tries to pop his louder, then it is going on till somebody fails or is outmatched. even though it definitely relies upon on the individuals around you.

yes...when you 'pop' them, you are causing the bones in the joint to rub against each other. over time, this decreases the amount of fluid between the bones in your joint so that eventually they're rubbing bone on bone. this causes the bones to become inflamed since there's no "cushion" or fluid to protect the bones. when the bones become inflamed, they get bigger and eventually you get arthritis.

yes and no...Popping them causes swelling which makes them bigger but it isn't permanent so they wont stay big...
