I want to make a moving picture like a short moment off a video clip, to put on my myspace etc. I know ppl that have done this, but i dont think they used any programs or any think? some of them used youtube and got a moment off a video clip, and made it into a moving picture or whatever. Plz help. I really want to know how to do this. Thanks :)

If you Have Windows Movie Make then download the video form where ever, import the video in WMM. Track the Video every second and take a snapshot witht the little camera button, the button will take you to a save, save the pictures in a folder. Go to download.com, look for GIF animator. Upload the photos in the GIF animator, save the animation as a file and upload to your myspace or whatever you want to do with it.

i'm actually a good photoshopper. it is hard to explain but they are .GIF files.
play around with that.

and why do you want what someone else has? if you suddenly have it they'll think you bit off them haha. but who cares what people think, right?
