Learn Spanish now, if you have even remote ideas
about living in the Miami jungle. It is hot and humid, but very nice area with rich and poor all around. No middle class.
Homes are small and single level. Easy to live on a small amount but you need a car. Miami wants to be noticed badly, there are lots of clubs (for every taste!) and beaches and people who come from many other countries with millions to spend. Germans, Canadians, Spanish speaking and many others flock to the warm waters .... crazy place.

Miami is a lot of fun. Not exactly an ideal place to live unless you're a millionaire or billionaire. But, the suburbs that're near Miami are great to live in because you can go to Miami a lot but not deal with living there.

I think you should, if you're financially prepared tho! I mean, Florida has very high taxation and the houses there are expensive, not to mention it's Miami too. Other then that, you should go and enjoy the sun!

The Miami area has high humidity, traffic, beaches, boating, fishing, mangoes, Cuban and other Latin American culture (access to paella), pro football, pro basketball, proximity to Jai-Alai, dog racing...so depending on what you want in your lifestyle...these are some aspects of the area.

The Bad - Expensive, expensive and it's expensive too.
Other than that it's perfect.
