should i pick up this guy
im in a 10 teams h2h league
each team with 11 fielders and 8 pitchers
what are his strengths and weaknesses

He has no strengths and Yahoo won't allow me enough room to post weaknesses.
In a 10 team league there are better options on the waiver wire. If you are just looking for a versitile muli position guy you might find Ty Wigginton on the wire. He will hit for higher avg, more power. He doesn't qual at SS
So maybe a better question would be what position are you looking to fill and why. But in a 10 team league with 19 players per team Betemit's name shouldn't even be posted on page 2 of eligible players. He'll be lucky if he is not in the minor leagues soon.

I usually pick him up with my last pick. He has a super upside. I saw quite a bit of him when he was with Atlanta, and with the age and injuries of LAD's infield he will get pt this year. He has good power for the infield, will score runs, and hits for a decent avg (.271 career). I would like to see a few more steals from him but hey, I guess there is a reason that he goes undrafted in virtually every draft out there.
