Has anyone had a good (or bad) experience with a particular tour company to Eqypt they could share?

Also, if you recommend a tour company, can you recommend the particular tour you enjoyed and why you enjoyed it.

Thanks!

Ok, I didn't go with a trip company, but I can help you with something. First there is a lot to see in Cairo, for example like the Cairo Museum, The Pyramids, City Stars, and there are other loads of museums. I would also recommend going to Luxor and Aswan, I went there before and I really had fun and a good experiance in Luxor and Aswan. There is a lot to see in Luxor and Aswan, so I highly recommend going to Luxor and Aswan.

Last but not least, Sinai. It is said that Sinai has the best air you can breath in the whole world. Sharm El Sheikh, Ras Sedr, Dahab, Neweba, and Taba. These are the best places you can go in Sinai, in my opinion I think that Sharm El Sheikh is the best.

This was my own tour experiance in Egypt by myself. There are a lot of tour companies in Egypt, one of them is Egypt Tour, I guess.

Have a nice trip in Egypt.

I went via Jordan, there are many tour companies. If you want a good deal fly to Jordan visit there and go to travel agencies and ask for deals. We went 2 years ago, in the summer, and for a week $500 each, that included airfare from Jordan to Cairo, 5 star hotel The Grand Hyatt, guided tour, Fantastic breakfast Buffet. It was really worth it. you could catch a train, plane or bus to Luxor or Aswan and do the cruise. You will get the best price if you do it when you get there. It just depends how important money is.

If you like the desert, there is in Siwa the Tala Ranch Lodge, which is providing oasis tours (full board) on camel backs. The lodge is build entirely on a natural basis and there is no electricity, no TV. Meals are served in a beautiful tent. The evenings are lid by candle light or the stars. It is a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. check it out at www.talaranch.com

My advise for you is to take care not everybody here is Egyptian or even like Egypt. I don't prefer to put company names here. I recommend you a Nile cruise trip for 7 days starting from Luxor (5 stars) and 3 days in Cairo 1 day in Alexandria.
If you need help or details you can send me.

I have a recommendation for you. Go to a tourist agency and let them suggest to you a program. Then you can consult with us before you agree. This way you save all the worries. You can go to more than one agency. When it is organized you will save a lot of hassle and you will enjoy every moment. Do not miss the Nile cruise, the museum in Cairo and of course the pyramids.

mrs R and gremlins. gave the answer i was going to
I will give the reasons they lived up to what they advertise. and more, cairo was really good loads of places to visit.
the desert trip now that was something else never dreamed a place could be so magnifico. the night in the desert and the bedhuoin village i will never forget. sorry to say this not complaining but it was a bit tiring as we wanted to see all in the 2 weeks.look at their web site, to see what I mean. it was a trip of a lifetime though,we saw Egypt and not from the tourist side, the real egypt. the other thing was we paid more than what mrs r did because we did it as a couple and wanted it to be that way. if we had the bill at the end and it would of been for double what we paid it would still of been worth it I think our total from them was 2200£ we had other bills to pay such as beer wine gifts etc.
