Assuming that conception took place today or within two days of today, the soonest pregnancy could be detected would be 10-12 days from today. A few days prior to when you expect your period is usually the soonest a pregnancy can be detected through home pregnancy tests. Blood tests can tell a few days sooner than that.
Best of luck!

It all depends on how your cycles usually are. Ovulation normally occurs exactly in the middle of the cycle (14 days after your period if you have 28-day cycles, 15 days in 30-day cycles and so on) this is why pregnancy tests are designed to work on the date you're supposed to get your period. Implantation usually takes place 6-12 days after conception (this is after having sex) and hormone levels can be detected a couple of weeks after conception. This all takes us back to the date you're expecting your period.
Blood tests can give you positive results a few days earlier, say 3-4 days before urine tests

A blood test would be affective as soon as 4-5 days after you conceived and if you get an early response test you could get a reliable answer as soon as 5 days before your missed period and regular test will have reliable result on the 1st day you were expecting your period.Good Luck!
