Do you mean a good university where you can get a bachelor's degree in business? Or do you means a one or two year program where you can get a certificate as a medical technologist or secretary?

If the former, then some of the best ones are:

University of Pennsylvania; MIT; UC-Berkeley; Virginia; Michigan; Maryland; Texas; UNC; UCLA; USC; Minnesota; Babson; Villanova.

If you mean the latter -- then any place that is close to you -- but you would be better off going to a place where you could get a bachelor's degree.

Your question is too general. What are you trying to do? There are commercial "colleges" for short-term programs which will train you to do things like secretarial or bookkeeping work, two-year community colleges, four-year universities, and graduate programs for the MBA which will train you to be an executive. I also would need to know where you are looking.
