Did you recently added any hardware or software to your computer? That might cause the problem. 1. Try uninstalling it in Safe Mode. 2. Run your updated antivirus and antispyware. 3. Do a System Restore if 1 and 2 didn't work. 4. Check your computer fan if its working. It might be over heating.
****The trick to know if it's a hardware or software issue:
Go to Safe Mode and BIOS Setup, and see if it's restarting. If it doesnt, then it is on the software side.

That's not a lot of information to go on, but obviously it's a pretty serious problem. Your best bet is probably to have your computer serviced. Support.com can fix it via your internet connection for $29.

That happens when your RAM is very low memory. Try to upgrade your RAM to 256. This might reduce this problem
