I took a pic of myself on my cell phone, then sent it to my email. I've downloaded the picture to my computer, and it opens as a pretty darn big picture of me. The size of the file is about 3.5 MB, and I can't upload any picture larger than 1.5 MB to okcupid.com. Is there anything I can do--cropping, decreasing the size of the pic, saving it to a different program, etc.--to be able to upload the photo? Thanks for your help!!

you can upload it to imageshack.us and choose "resize image" and choose which size. then click the the thumbnail of the pic u just uploaded. it will open in a new window and will be the size u choose. just save that and use it on OKC.

Try IrfanView.com - I use it to reduce photos all the time. It's a free download.
