I drink orange juice twice a day, I take a multi vitamin every day, I walk everyday, I don't eat yogurt ever becasue I'm vegan. I drink water often. and I exercise six days a week.

Drink OJ 2 -3 times a week
Multi-vitamin? Never
Take a walk 7 days a week
eat yogurt? Only if my life depended on it.
drink water? 10-20 glasses a day!
exercise? Besides walking? 3-4 days a week.

drink orange juice: every second day or so ona average.
take a multi vitamin: never
take a walk: Every day, to and from the bus stop and sometimes with my dad.
Eat yoghurt: Every second day, once again on average.
Drink water: Often usually about 1.75 litres a day
Exercise: Hardly ever except for those walks

take a walk,.... when i don't go to the gym/on the weekends
eat yogurt,....... daily
drink water,......I don't drink soda and cut back on juice so water has become my best friend.
excercise,....... I try 6 time a week

Real orange juice maybe once a month, the sugary stuff with no floaties, once a week / fortnight.

Daily (when I can remember to take them)

When I can't get a closer parking space or a few times a month

Once a month or less

Every day. I keep a litre next to my bed every night.

Hardly ever, kinda covered this under 'take a walk'!

i drink oj maybe like 2 or 3 times a week
i take 2 vitamins everyday
i walk pretty much all day everyday
i eat yogurt 2 or 3 times a week
i drink water everyday all day
i excercise 5 days a week or sometimes 6!

take a multi vitamin........it's on and off...but usually never!
take a walk................at least 7-13 times a week (dog & school)
eat yogurt.........................1 cup ever moth
drink water..............i drink a lot of water, maybe 8-10 cups a day
exercises.................4 times a week (not including walking the dog)

I drink water a lot, walk my dogs about every other day and try to exercise at least 3 times a week but I hardly do any of the others :o)
