cool colours are any colour with a blue undertone.
Warm colours have a yellow undertone.
However their is cool yellow's and warm blue colours.
It's the tones that make any colour warm or cold not the actual colour itself. You can also have neutral colours that are in the middle of the scale between yellow and blue.
