1. Man Utd ( you can't think of them without thinking of Ferguson!)
2. Barcelona ( Rijkaard has practically created that team, with that way of playing, with the players in the line-up and their positions etc)
3. Werder & Shalke (both their coaches are doing a great job)
4. Milan & Roma ( I'm a Milan fan and I know how important Ancelotti is for the team and for not letting the situation become worst in this difficult year that despite everything sees Milan in the CL while other teams not. His equilibrated character makes of him a person that knows how to deal with the situations even more in a team he has stayed for a long time. While Spaletti has done the best job with Roma, I think he is the most important thing for that team's success)
5. I don't think there is any coach such important but let's say Houllier for Lyon. He has done a very good job but not enough in the CL, I think
