Would be easier to go to the printers manufacture site on the internet and look for downloads. You should be able to download the files needed for your exact printer and install them or save them. Maybe copy them over to a new disk and store them away.
Most Printer Manufactures will have the complete disk set for your type printer free for download.

Just use a usb jump drive, transfer the files to the drive, then load them onto your laptop.

you would have to reinstall the program on the laptop, programs to not transfer well. I recommend visiting your manufacturer's site and download the software/drivers. thats the easiest way.

what they advise is purchase a flash tension, and circulate the documents. in case you have a flash tension mendacity around, purely plug it into the usb port on your very own pc, (its the only port that is going to in good shape into). seek usb on google photographs to work out. then bypass to my pc, an you should work out the tension, purely click and drag your documents onto the flash tension then unplug it, plug it into your computing gadget, and bypass to my pc and you will see the documents.
